This seminar is about how to create a culture of self-discipline among people within an organisation. We do this to move away from the usual mistake of implementing a huge range of bureaucratic rules to deal with only the several people who aren't self-disciplined. Then we over-manage everybody which is extremely constraining for the organisation. This seminar will introduce ideas about creating a culture which allows us to get out of the way of good people so they can be magnificent instead of potentially becoming mediocre when blocked by out often unnecessary decrees.
